Refund policy
Faulty
Please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your parcel if the item is Faulty.
We will ask you to return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Item must be in unworn condition with tags attached original conditions. (We will issue a full refund after the product arrives at the return center and inspected.)
Some items may have red or blue water pen marks used during the production process, such as indicating the placement of buttons, stitching, or size markings during cutting. These marks can be easily removed with a steam iron or water and are not considered a defect.

Please note swimwear cannot be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons.

- Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- If you received free shipping, a refund will be issued as store credit, minus a $9.95 standard shipping fee.
