All orders are sent out in 1 business day from Sydney.

Important Notice – Resumption of Shipping to the U.S.
Please note that under the updated U.S. tariff regulations (Executive Order 14324), import duties or taxes may be applied once the parcel arrives in the United States. 

 A separate invoice for taxes and duties (approx. 15% of your order) will be sent after checkout. Your order will be shipped once this invoice is paid. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Cost

Australia

Free shipping on order over$150.
Flat rate $9.95 for under $150 within Australia. Express option rate $15 for all order.

Orders lost due to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund. If a parcel is returned due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, the round-trip shipping fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded as store credit.

International Shipping

We use AUS post for all order. After the parcel arrives in that country, you can track it using your national post office service.

- New Zealand parcels are charged AU$15 for Standard Shipping. (10-20 Business Days- If you want fast delivery, please select EMS)

- All other countries

• For other countries, we recommend ordering through the PIPIROOWORLD website. All PIPIROOWORLD orders will be shipped via various couriers (DHL, UPS, etc) for the fastest delivery, but PIPIROO AU website international orders will only be shipped via AU post mail. AU Postal Service does not have its own flights, so delivery takes longer.

(Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please check with your local customs office to determine your country's tariff rate prior to purchase.) 

We are not responsible for returns or loss due to an incorrect address.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee of $25 will also be charged.

Please note that if a parcel is discarded or returned by the destination country due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, no refund will be issued.

We do not have the right to control delivery after the parcel has arrived in another country, so please keep track the parcel and contact to the local post office to manage the delivery once it arrives in your country.
